Raising millions of dollars

you know I have been reading various headlines about different politicians and entertainers who seem to have found ways to raise thousands and even millions of dollars within a very short period of time.
I wonder if it is even possible for an ordinary person to do the same thing, have you ever wondered if it were possible for someone who is not famous to really raise a lot of money in a short period of time.
Sometimes I wonder about a lot of things don't you,.

It is very possible if you have a very good reason or project at hand,though you have to be ready to handle the critics and rising enemies (Jealousy)[em]happy[/em, i had problems when i was getting ready for my project as well, i used the site below,though some people (enemies) criticized this but i focused on what i was doing.

I agree with you there are a lot of people who get jealous or mad because you have thought up a solution for the problems that you are facing in your own life that is working for you.
I have never heard of the site you mentioned I will have to go investigate it after I get supper started, I am waiting on my dd to finish making the tea, then I am going to make vegetable soup for supper I think that will help m y dh feel a lot better. at least i hope so.

I think some ordinary people do give if they have vast amount mone but kept oout of the lime light they don't want anyone to know. Most ordinary people cannot afford to gaive.

I agree if I had a lot of money I could donate to someone I would not want others to know that I had done that because of the fact being even if you have a lot of money you can not help everyone that you may see or know needs help, and that is hard sometimes to remember especially when you really do want to help others.

If the cause is good and with the help of the media and the internet it would be possible for an ordinary person to raise a large amount of money but having a cause good enough to get attention is the key. Politicians and entertainers get a lot of attention and the media will help spread the word so that's why they can do it so easily.
