The world has become a global village thanks to the Internet. Communication has been eased all across the globe. There is more understanding and an increased contacts between countries far apart. As mylotters, businessman, students, employees and human being, we really need the Internet to do our research and to communicate with others as well as to keep discovering. But for you, what does the Internet mean ? Can you live without the Internet ? Thanks for responding

Part of my job involves accessing a far away database via the internet so, if I was unable to do that, my job would become more time consuming, there would be delays and increased paperwork as information would have to go back and forth through the regular mail. I would also miss having the ability to find information that I need whenever I need it, which would be very inconvenient. And, of course, emailing and chatting with friends and family would be gone which is something we enjoy. So, I could live without the internet but life wouldn't be as easy or as enjoyable.

Well I have been in the province during the past few days and I haven't used the internet at all. I really find it hard on the first day but during the second and third day. I started worrying about my e-mails and other online accounts. I just thought to myself that soon I'll be back and have all my online stuff working again. Right now I'm really finding it hard not to use the internet I just hope that I could get used to some days without it.

You are right- when after long days we used internet, there are loads of emails to checks which is very time-consuming. It takes much time to go through all mails we have not checked due to no internet access. Well, thanks for the response friend.
