My lot does not accept password protected blogs????

I was checking out the blogs section of this site and came to this: My lot does not accept password protected blogs. What is that about? Do they actually expect you to have a blog that has no password on it? Does that even exist? I have been blogging for 2 years now; and I have never sen that. Does anyone know what they are saying there?
