On a regular basis, my penmanship looks good when you try to check it from from afar, but when you try to scrutinize it you can say that you cannot understand it. WHy? because i dont write legibly.Sometimes, I cant understand my own handwritting. What a tragedy. I envy those people who really have nice handwriting and they are doing it without effort and i can say I hope I have that kind of handwirting. In filling out forms I try as much as possible coz I dont want them to get the wrong information and I really have to be very careful.

I have absolutely horrible penmanship. I can barely if ever read back what I wrote. When I go grocery shopping I need to stand in the aisles and try to figure out what I possibly could need because I can't read it. I guess I never really got the hang of it in school. My mother has terrible handwriting too. My father had beautiful handwriting with his right or left hand. Too bad I took after my mom!

Eh, sometimes..it's legible? Lol. I don't write that much by hand, just notes...so usually it's fine. But I sometimes get marked down on schoolwork because of poor handwriting. I have to be trying for it to look nice, and I don't always care enough to bother. I can understand it fine, most of the time, so it's no big deal heh. I'm sure people have seen worse.

My handwriting is absolutely lousy. I do better with my computer keyboard. The problem that I have is that my hands shake slightly, and I have trouble gripping a pen. This makes my writing extremely hard to read. It wasn't a problem hough, ecause by the time I got to highschool my teachers wanted everything typed, ayway.

Handwriting - Writing well
Don't feel bad about your handwriting there are those that have it worse. Where you can't read there writing at all. My handwriting is not all that bad, but it's not all that great either. It's pretty neat but in a bubble form that sometimes others can't read. I have to space my letter better for it to be readable for some. Do don't feel no way about that. As long as it's readable you good.

My hand writing has been legible and does look good on paper. However, sometimes I do not like it, I feel its kinda shabby. I feel, a lot depends on the the pen we use. A good pen makes our writing so legible and nice. Personally, I prefer thick nibbed pens which makes my handwriting look good. Thanks.

Yes i totally agree with you when it comes to the kind of pen, theres a pen that can motivate us to have a good hand writing but on my part it does not take that much to maintain that hand writing.

you have to practice writting to get it like you want try different ways to write several words. Did you have penmenship in school? I did and we had to practice each letter till it looked good

It's like everything in life Zelmarq. You need practice. practice, and then more oractice. This is what I try and tell my Thai students learnibg English. You will never become proficient without practice, A good wxample is Tiger Woods, the best golfer in the world, when he finishes a round in a tournament, he will head to the practice green to practice a shot that he wasn't completely with that day. Practice your writing for a short time everyday, and you will get better.

I only have each level for thirty hours, but do try to help yhose with bad handwriting. However our main focus is on conversation there is limited time to spend on handwriting. If you can help, do you have a website, or should students contact you directly. I would only amount of communication skills. Thank you for your offer.pass an email address onto students with a reasolable

I think I do fairly well with my writing skills. I do mess up when typing on occasion though. I do not intentionally do it, but I get to typing way too fast and miss a letter here and there. I know how to spell my words fairly well also. I hope that alot of people can understand what I am trying to say and my meaning too.

Hi Zelmarq! I do think that my penmanship is really nice! haha..That is what I would like to think. haha..Anyway, that is what most people say about my handwriting, they find it really nice. But I am sure that when I write hurriedly, you won't understand any of it for even I, can't read or understand my handwriting in that case. Take care and God Bless!

Hello mattew, hope you can help me improve my handwriting.

My penmanship is good in both print and cursive. It's legable and people can read it I only write if I have to I seem to only have to write when filling out the checks for the bills or for forms at the doctor's office when and if I evr have to go. Practice makes perfect is what my mom always told me keep practicing and you will improve on your penmanship but if you are happy with how you write then I wouldn't worry to much about it.

You are the second one who told me here about practice to make it perfect. Well, im have the worst penmanship when it comes to cursive, its a lot beter when i print it so thats why im using the all capital hand writing since college and until now.

i usually print to be legible. i have to write slow and careful. otherwise my writing is scribbles and i sometimes can't read it. then when i take care to write legible i have gotten compliments that my writting looks good. i takes care to come across that way. some people can write fast and beautiful. that is very nice.

I also print but no matter how i try, its still the same. If i write slowly, then it could somehow help.I only write slowly in filling out forms.

I depends in part on how much space I have between the lines. If I have enough space and not a lot to write, I can make my writing look pretty good. If I am cramped or in a hurry though, it is really hard to read.

I have a smallseem legible hand writing but thruthfully its not that good when you try to look closer, the more is it hard to comprehend when im in a hurry.

Sure, as long as I am not in a hurry my writing is quite legible. Truth said, if I am writing in a hurry even I can't read my own writing at times, but when it needs to be legible it is legible. I know of people that always write nice and legible no matter how much in a hurry they are, but it doesn't work like that with me. Once I rush it becomes a scribble LOL

My penmanship also changed mommy. Sometimes, i can write legibly when am in mode of writing it legibly. In any paper, i observed it legible when am using pencil.

If I am writing a letter or filling in forms or anything like that, then my writing is really neat and tidy and can be read easily. If however I am writing for my eyes only then it is a scrawl and only I can read it. If I have been writing very quickly though then even I have trouble sometimes.

I can say that I have a good penmanship because when I was still a kid, my aunts always ask me to write something so that I can keep my penmanship clean and easy to read.. But then sometimes, I don't like writing because it is really tired.. I sometimes don't understand my penmanship because I was trying to change how I used to write.. Even many people said that I have a good penmanship, still for me I don't like my own penmanship.. I guess people have their own perceptions..

Well, all you can do is to trust the judgement of the people around coz they are the perfect judge when it comes to penmanship, of course when its yours you can always say thats its not good. HAVE A NICE DAY!

I have always taken great pride in my penwomanship. I like to not only write well, but beautifully. I think that it's a lost art. I'm not surprised, though, since people really don't have to set pen to paper anymore.
