whenever I make or order pizza I get wholewheat crust, I skip the cheese and just pile on lots of marinara sauce and sauteed veggies...onions, red bell peppers, green olives, mushrooms...just about any you like. 1 cup flour 1 1/2 cup flour 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil 1 package dry yeast One 16oz can tomato sauce 1 red bell pepper 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped onion spray oil 1/8 cup nutritional yeast garlic, Italian seasoning Add the dry yeast to the one cup of water, add oil and one cup of flour. Gradually add the remaining one and a half cups of flour. Place in a bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Place on a greased pizza pan (you can use spray oil on it), press and spread on pan and set aside. Lightly stir fry the veggies in the spray oil. Place sauce on crust, then put veggies. Top with seasonings, sprinkle nutritional yeast flakes. Bake at 425 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Pizza without cheese simply doesn't taste good! Consider using low fat mozzarella if you can get it. You could try mushrooms, bell peppers, sweet corn, baby corn and diced cottage cheese (paneer) for topping. The contain minimal calories and taste great!

make pizza like normal, just don't use any meat. pile all of your favorite veggies on top of the sauce instead. normal favorites are onions, peppers, and olives. You can get creative and try tomatoes, squashes, and other kinds of veggies. after you get your vegetables on cover with cheese and bake as normal. It is delicious. good luck!
