i like a lot of songs but my favorite would have to be country, i don't know why but thats what i've always really liked...i personally think that the best country song right now is "i still miss you" by keith anderson...i really think that everyone that has heard that song and really listens to the words can relate to that song in someway...everyone that i have talked too has said that it was a really powerful song and it really is, so that is the one that i think is the best currently...in my opinion anyways...but i know that everyone has their own opinions and i was just wondering what all of yours are in this dept. what is the best current song today in your honest opinion and why do you like it? thanks for taking the time to read my discussion...thanks!

I don't know about the best, but I do like the song 'Shake It' by Metro Station. From what I've read on the web people have mixed feelings about this song, lol. It as a techno feel to it, and I'm not even a techno fan. I just like the fact that it's catchy. I'm for anything with a cool chorus.

I like that song "The Bartender" I think that's what it's called. It says: I'm sitting in the bar on the inside, waiting for my ride on the outside. She broke my heart in the trailer park so I jacked the keys to her daddy's car, crashed that Chevrolet and then stepped away..... A very funny, country sounding song.

In my honest opinion, my favorite and the best song right now is "these hard times" by Matchbox 20. It really sums up how the world is today, and just has a soothing edge to it. It helps me fall asleep at night, and remember people less fortunate than ourselves. I don't like country much, but I actually like your favorite song. I probably like it because I can relate to it too. Music can really change your mood, and both of these can do that effortlessly.
