Breaded Alaskan Pollock fillets - this is proving a hit in our household! Straight from the supermarket (of course) but it takes about 16 to 20 minutes in the oven, served with mash and a parsley sauce. What's your favourite fish recipe?

I love fried wild caught catfish. Mix cornmeal and salt, rinse the fish and dip it in the cornmeal, then fry in a lot of good old fat! It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to fry. It's so good and you don't have to worry about bones (just cholesterol!).

I'm not a person who loves seafood, but one time in our local grocery store, they were giving out small samples of a breaded fish they made in the seafood department. It was sooooo good, I had to ask how to make it...which is what they wanted to happen, Lol. Because I ended up buying the two ingredients from them to make it. It was Tilapia filets, and a bag of 'Andy's Cornbread Seasoning'. It's the seasoning that makes it so good. You just bread the fish with the seasoning, and fry it in some hot oil. We love it!
