How many hours did you spent for review if you have exam?

many people are cramming in most of their work,they don't know what should be the first thing to do.specially if it is an exam in school and in work.they find hard times to review what they learned when they are at collage days.what do you think that a person can do for he/she will not be crammed in taking the exam and how many hours should you review?

Well I am a procrastinator and I always cram for my exams. I really can't study any other way though, because if I start studying too far in advance, by the time the actual test rolls around I've already forgotten most of the material! lol :)

me i wake up as early as 3 am before my exam and im going to review my notes so that i can't forget those things that i've read.
