It varied depending on how active or busy I am. Some days I am not so busy and sit in front of the television or the computer and would only wash my hands when I go to the bathroom or to eat, so maybe 5-6 times a day before bedtime. Other days, when I am busy cleaning or doing other things around the house, I will wash my hands many more times, sometimes as many as 20 in a day. Outside the home, I don't wash them often unless I go to the restroom or am with my grandchildren somewhere and change diapers or prepare their food or we are doing some heavy duty playing, depending on which ones I am with.

In home I wash my hands only after going to the toilet and before handling food. That's about 5-6 times a day. Out of home I wash my hands after going to the toilet (about 2 times) and after handling dirty stuff (like very dusted objects or clay).

I work in an environment/studio area that is frequented by many people throughout the day. I carry lavender-scented hand sanitizer with me always! Additionally, I wash my hands probably about 4-5 times a day. Stay clean, folks!

I would say that I wash my hands at leat about 25-30 times per day, especially when I am at home cooking or at work accepting money.I just always feel like they are dirty and need to wash, lol. When I am not washing them I am putting on antibacterial cleansers on them.

I wash my hands many tines during the day and night. I work in a store and handle things that the public also handles, so I'm very aware of this. It's really shocking when you work with the public and see how many people walk around with filthy hands, handle goods in a store and then someone comes along and buys the article never realizing how many times it was handled. I've seen many women use restrooms and walk out not washing their hands. It makes me cringe.
