Have you ever sign up for something for a month and paid with your credit card? Then they keep charging your credit card after the month is up? That happen to me! The credit card company gave me the companies phone number and all I get is a busy signal! Now I do not know what to do to get these charges off. Normally I won't have noticed but I have been looking at my charge statements. How am I suppose to get my money back if I can not get a hold of them?

I don't use a credit card, just my bank debit card, but that would seriously annoy me. Perhaps there is another number to call, or maybe you should call at a time of day when it wouldn't be too busy?

The number is not real so I sent an email and they did cancel the account but said they would not return my money! I should just cut my loss and be done with it!

If it is their fault, they should return the money. That's just nuts! I would definitly be done with this credit company, and they are going to lose a lot of customers with that attitude. What company is it, so others know not to use it?

Have you tried calling Better Business Bureau and reporting this company? They owe you the money back. But, I believe the credit card company did you wrong, too. If they kept letting the company charge you with the same amount, there is something wrong. I think Better Business Bureau could help you with this problem, or, at least, you could find out if this is a legitimate company or if they've ever been reported before.

I would say that you need to let your credit card company know, and maybe they can just stop giving that other company money! I think it's called a stop payment, and since it's your money, you should be able to do that with no problems! And then if the stealing company calls you about it then you can get everything settled! Good luck to you.
