Well almost, my kids go back august 18th But I've been running around trying to get school supplies and things so that I don't get as behind as I was last year, running around like a chicken with my head cut-off...lol I'll be glad when school starts and they get settled into a routine. Last year, I had my 3 year old home with me. This year, he'll get to go to pre-k and he's sooo excited about riding the big yellow school bus with his older brothers. It's gonna be hard but they all grown up so fast and that's just a part of motherhood. I'll cry the first day or so but once I see that he's comfortable and happy, I'll be fine. When do your kids go back to school? Doesn't it seem that summer has just flown by? My, My, where does the time go? lol Anyway, had to get that out to somebody, I was just sitting here making a list of things to do for back to school and needed to tell somebody. Have A Wonderful Day All.

Our schools are starting back anywhere from August 6 to the 15th. Yes it does seem like the summer flew by but it also seemed like the winter and spring went by fast. I guess the older I get the faster time seems to go by. I don't have any children but I do feel sympathy for those having to do all the back to school shopping...especially with gas prices so high.

I can't wait til my kids go back to school. it will give me some relief. One is going to be a third grader and one in preschool thank goodness that will leave me with my baby at home who is less than a year old. My three year old just won't listen and share with her brother so i am hoping the experience of going to school will help her with this. i am at my wits end with her cause all she does is whine and cry when she doesn't get her way.

Hi ladylonewolf. I know what you are feeling because with me was the same. They born and we are all for them and it is great. But time goes like a flash and they grow up and need different things and persons but it is great too. We'll be there for them always. It is the life and it is motherhood. They are babies for us forever LOL. Put it in your file of memories and you will have fun with this someday in the future. Cheers dear and have a wonderful day too.

I know what you mean...It seems like just yesterday was the last day of school and now we are getting ready to go back already. The summer just flew by! I have a 14 year old son that plays many sports, so te summer was busy getting him to this practice or that and to games as well. The new school year will welcome a calm down for me for a little. I also have a six year old that will be starting first grade this year, I will have the day to myself! YEAH!! To be totlly honest though, I still cry when my oldest son starts school every year. That is my day to reflect just how fast those 14 years flew by! I cry when my six year gets on the bus, he climbs on the bus like such a big boy, finds his seat and gives me a quick wave. He loves school. It's very hard, by we do have to start to let go. Wow, I can't imangine how I will act when they go off to college or get married. I will be a basket case! LOL!
