How do you lose weight healthy but quick? I am going to meet my fiance soon and I want to be perfect. I just had a baby 9 months ago and I still see some of that pregnancy weight that I would like to get off. What do you suggest I do?

I would suggest to look for exercise especially for the problem areas. Then also eat lots of the foods that don't add calories to your body but burn fat when metabolized like celery. You should be able to drop a couple of pounds in time to meet your fiance.

You're going to meet him? Where has he been? There is a diet meant to jump start weight loss. It is supposed to start it coming off really quickly, and then after 3 weeks you just go for a healthy diet. You just eat, one cup of oatmeal a day, and one cup of rice, and all the vegetables you want. Snack on celery and carrots. I have tried it, and had great results. I would eat oatmeal with sweet and low in the morning, and a salad with a little bit of no-fat dressing for lunch. Then for dinner, I would steam a mix of vegetables, like zucchini, yellow squash, cauliflower, etc. and pour it over a cup of rice. I used a little soy sauce, and that zero-calorie butter spray. The butter spray and dressing were not on the list but, I lost quickly, nonetheless. Good luck!

You really won't gain it back if you go ahead with one of the really healthy diets right after, and then watch your portions when you have lost what you need to. I know, easier said than done, but the diet mentioned below, with the Do's and Don'ts lists, would be very good after the jump start. You really wont starve, because you can eat as many vegetables as you want to. You can also eat beans. A mix of beans that you would put in taco soup, for instance. I made this, and even added a can of diced tomatoes. It was really filling. I am being nosey now, I hope you won't mind. How did you meet your Fiance? Will you go there, or will he come to you? Will you marry him during this meeting, or go back to long distance? I am in a long distance relationship too, though we have been together in real life several times. It is tough. I wish you the best of luck.

I feel like I would be starving myself.But i guess in a way I kinda am. The only problem with this is when I go to eat normal again I will gain it all back so quickly!He is in Syria. Yes I am going to meet him.

Oh I see. Well I meet my fiance on the internet. I am going to him and then he is coming back with me. Yes we will marry when I see him. He originally grew up in my country but then went back to his own for about 10 months now. But I love him and I want to spend the rest of my life with him!

Well to lose weight try to exercise at least thirty minutes every day and eat smaller portions. You could eat five times in a day but with smaller portions if you want. That's what I've been doing so far and losing weight but not really quickly. I'm taking my time so that I don't lose so much weight really fast and then end up gaining it back again. I hope that you are able to do what you want to do. Good luck.

I try to lose weight a few months ago and it was successful.I used slimming tea and it works.The only problem was i had to threw out many times in a day.The best way to lose weight is to do jogging or walking every morning and have balanced diet.They are more healthier ways.

There is no quick way to lose weight. I have found when I eat at least 5-6 times a day I lose more than when I dont eat hardly anything at all. You are going to want to stay away from things like soda and ice cream. As my trainer told me last night, if it comes from the earth it is healthy to eat. Try to slow down on processed food and make wise descisions. Also to burn fat you have to do cardio. If you want to lose it fast try doing 30min to an hour of cardio a day. Also, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. I would definately add in some strength training. Good luck in losing the weight you want to lose.

Okay, Thank you for all of your information. Someone else told me about the muscle thing which is interesting becasue I did not know that. I know that when your exercising they are constantly telling you to add the strenghth training but I didn't know why until now! Thank You Very Much!

Well, do you have time for exercise, or just focusing on your meals? Whatever the case, here are my suggestions: -If you're going to exercise, try doing it first thing in the morning, before you even eat. It'll rev up your metabolism for the rest of the day. -Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Try not to eat anything for three or four hours before bedtime. -Go easy on the carbs. Replace anything white you have (rice, bread, pasta) with wheat or whole grain if you can. It'll be better for you. -Eat more fruits and vegetables. -Try to eat the lean meats more if you can. -If you're exercising, don't forget to STRENGTH TRAIN. Even if all you do is a couple of times a week with some dumbbells you'll see a huge difference. You have to build muscle back up from the cardio you're doing. Muscle will help you burn fat faster. South Beach diet is the best I heard and you could eat tempting foods and desserts without becoming fat.
