i think we dream bacuase of some chemical imbalances in our body. The nature has made our body so complex that its almost imposiible for for humans to understand their own body. The mind is the toughest part to be discoverred for its secrets and dreaming is one of the greatest secrets

the topic posted in quite interesting but i'm more interested to know what the meanings of these dreams are. last night i dreamt that i was with a (long lost) friend who i really, really like. how i wished the dream lasted longer, unfortunately it didn't. i know that the dream will never ever (never ever to the nth power) come true. because right now, he's committed to a lovely girl--far more better, way way better than me. with that said, probable i was dreaming because that's where i want to be, that;s what i want to have.

Hi dextornap “Why do we dream?” Some theories state that dreams are a way in which we release stress. If this were true, then more people (especially those who are stressed-out) would remember their dreams. Remember that dreams come from the inner you, more specifically they are communications from your subconscious mind. All day long we are busy moving through our waking lives, taking in sensations from all around ourselves. During our nighttime slumber our conscious mind is stilled, providing us with the opportunity to receive communication from our subconscious mind. Happy posting and happy myLot!For me, dreaming is about our inner feelings that never come out, it's a subconscious mind that explore in our dreams. I can tell, dream are really mysterious. Some dream are meant to be true and some are just premonitions. I don't know If this is true but somehow I believe them so.
