Eggless brownies?

I tried making regular brownies without egg and they weren't soft at all. Can anyone give a nice little eggless choco brownie recipe? The moister they are, the better. :)

These are very fudge-y and yummy vegan brownies also low in fat
2 cups flour
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cook water and 1/2 cup of the flour over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of a gluey paste.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix sugar, salt, vanilla, cocoa powder, applesauce and vegetable oil, and then add the flour-water mixture. Mix well.
Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, plus the baking powder and nuts/chocolate chips.
Spread into greased pan.
Bake 350 F for 25 minutes.

Easy Eggless Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Mix of your choice
Cold Water - 1/3 cup
Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Flax seed meal (ground flax seed) - 1 teaspoon
Water - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon (not mentioned in the packet)
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350F (325F for glass pans)
2. Empty brownie mix into bowl.
3. Add 1/3 cup cold water.
4. Add 3 tablespoons oil. (Actually 1/3 cup of oil was mentioned in the packet)

1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (at the end)
Method :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X9 or 11X7 pan.
Cook water and 1/2 cup of the flour over low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the consistancy of a gluey paste. Use a wire whisk, makes it easier..
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Mix sugars, salt, vanilla, cocoa powder and canola oil.. Then add the flour-water mixture and mix well.
Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups flour, plus the baking powder, nuts and chocolate chips. Stir to mix well.
Spread mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 - 35 mins. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Cut into squares.
