du u wear anti glare glasses while working on the computer?

i brought an anti glare glass for use while working on the computer, but most of the time i forget to wear it, it is only when i am in a mood to swithc of the comp that i realise that i had not used the anti glares

rather than wearing anti-glare glasses,why shouldn't you prefer putting a glass over the computer's monitor... LCD's are not as much harmful as CRT's..so shouldn't you try that...that will be more good.. Goodday, Sri

it is neede. but i am not always able to wear it. i have to wear glasses as such. its not anti glare though.

Considering this I bought ANTI-GLARE for monitor and fixed into monitor. :-)

No, i don't wear anti glare glasses, because i don't have one.
