My suggestion... Have freshly squeezed fruit juice and fresh fruit for breakfast for a week.. and you'll find yourself bubbling with energy

You should it's a good thing. I listen to www.hayhouseradio.com And that was one of the things they said, and I've been doing it ever since. good talk show listen to it sometimes on your Computer.

I don't normally. I will after seeing this discussion. When I was in college, this was one of my schedule. Quiet time for myself. Our pastor taught us to do it.

It really is a good thing. check out the webside I have put here. I got this idea for www.hayhouseradio.com it is a talkshow you can listen to on your Computer, they have good Topics.
