will i get more responses if i put my picture

Hello knightrider! Putting a picture in your profile or having an avatar can be a plus factor. However, this doesn't mean that you will be actually having more responses to the discussions that you start. The amount of responses you get for your discussions depend much on the quality of discussion. Moreover, you have to consider what people are really interested in. Interesting topics get more responses -- with or without a picture in your profile. Happy posting!

strange you say that, because i was thinking maybe i shouldn't have picture of me in profile as i rarely get much responses with any discussions compared to many that every time will get 20+ no matter what the discussion is.. i just look some of your discussions and they seem ok that i could respond to them, i just not see them here. I think many have so many friends due to being here long time and they always respond to each ofter.. Like me, id look see what friends started first before moving on.. Much here i feel is about how many friends you have, that are responders as well as discussion makers. i don't have many friends like that, so maybe thats why i dont do too well with discussions.. either that or its my display pic puts some off You not even stated if you are male or female?

It should not make a difference actually. But if you can add a pic, why not?
