Any body got a good diet or advice for any medication that helps to lose weight.

well its not easy to losse weight.. there r few things u can do.. 1. after brushhing ur teeth in the morning drink a glass of water not very cold.. squeeze half lemon in it..do not put sugar or salt.. drink it .. add a lil honey for taste in bfast u can drink a glass of skimmed milk with 2 boiled eggs without yolk.. remember DO NOT eat yolk. u can take diet juices in b/w bfast n lunch. in lunch try to eat as much sallad u want but do not use miyonnes as dressing.. u can eat grilld fish n chicken.. evening u can have tea without sugar or diet sugar with diet biscuits.. use brown bread instead of regular bread.. in dinner.. u can have grilled fish, grilled veges,, or chicken.. eat fruits as much as u can.. aviod banans n apples.. water melons r really good. drink alot of water but remember it cudnt be cold.. aviod having cold drinks n juices.. have diet juices.. dont eat tanned veges or fruits.. fresh fruits n veges r really good for health.. aviod oil n sugar... dance on a few rocking numbers and do brisk walk for abt 20mints.. if u need any help i can help u with keeping in my ur weight n height.. do give me ur email add or add me as a friend.. i have a great site.. do lemme know dont i deserve a + for this?:)

when i lost 50lbs i did slimfast protein shakes one for breakfast,lunch and then i ate nice dinner if i got hungry between the shakes i would eat fruit, little light calorie snacks and of course i worked out. i do taebo (billy blanks)i health rider its good it caculates how many calories i burn,miles i ride,and heart rate and time i ride it wasn't over $200

oh and i drank plenty of water and ate my veggies and fruits I DID NOT EAT ANY FRIED FOODS, i only ate baked,broiled,grilled or steamed

I would go with whole foods. This normalizes your body and brings it back to a healthy state. Cut out all junk food and make sure to exercise every day - even if it is just walking. See my profile for more information on whole foods - it's safer to eat foods than take medications.

Start walking or cycling every day, leave the nice extras behind when you're in front of the tv and eat rice in stead of potatoes or french fries :-)) xx

I am back on the diet again. What I do, and have done before and it works, if you say with it, is eat no milled or highly processed foods. If you eat bread, it must be whole grain, sprouted grain is even better. That does away with most cakes, cookies, cereals, desserts, and candy. Plus eating fewer carbohydrates in the evening is a sure way to reduce. The my favorite tip is to eat raw veggies and fruit from which you get enzymes necessary for bodily functions. This is not only more healthy, but in some way benefits weight loss. Then the good old standby, some exercise daily - even just a brisk walk and the ever-important, yet mostly forgotten, extra water. It takes water to lose fat. Don't totally understand it, but I know it from my research. Hope this helps.

I have struggled with weight all of my life. The dr prescribed phentermine in 1999 for me and over the course of 2 years I lost 100 lbs. I dont recommend this medication because I have gained everybit back.Medications are a temporary fix. the only way to loose weight is to be consistent with a diet and exercise. I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago and have completely changed the way I eat and the amount of activity I do. Since then I have lost the weight and feel healthier.

limit your caloric intake and exercise some more. it may sound cliche and simple, but its a life change. whats the point in losing a whole bunch of weight just to gain it back? cut out most fats and sugars, they don't do much good. good fats are found in some fish. carbs aren't the enemy, they are your primary source of energy. and protein is great for increasing your Basal Metabolic Rate, so you will burn off your calories more easily. as far as exercise goes, start with a 15 minute light workout everyday and work your way up to 1 to 2 hours of high intensity workouts.
