how often do you change your bed linens?

I change my bedding once a week. Some weeks twice if my daughter spiilled something. she likes to lay down and watch tv in there and drink her cup. We have an accident ever now and then.

I change mine about ever week or so. I actually just changed mine last night before I went to bed, so I had a nice clean smelling sheet when I went to bed.

I strip the bed on Saturday mornings and change the sheets then. Usually I am doing laundry that day which is why I do the bed at the same time. I wash the comforter about once every couple of months but my husband thinks that's a waste since no one is actually sleeping directly under them with the sheet in between but I like the way it smells so fresh afterwards.

I change mine once a week as well. If it is very hot and and my husband sweats at night, I will change them probably twice in the week.
