You could trus??? This has happened to me in a way that hurt my deeply twice. The first time, I became completely undone and was contemplating suicide. This second time, I am so much stronger and prepared to fight with everything that I have. I know that it is an attack from the enemy and I thank God that he has armed me with the strength to stand and fight. I do not often read about warring with enemy here on Mylot. But I am here to remind everyone today that the devil is still a lying, accusor of the brethren and we still need to put on the whole armour of God and fight the spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. I am remembering that the Bible says that we do not wrestle with flesh and blood and that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God and claim the victory in this situation right now, in the name of Jesus.

Once I was lied about to other family members. We are all very close. I opened my house to this person and they went back to the family and lied about what I had been doing and saying. Needless to say anger took over and I confronted that person with rage! This could have been the end of our relationship. Yes, Satan was right there provoking me, but he didn't win. I stood my ground, said my piece, then mended the relationship.

We all experienced it in some point in our life. You trust and confided to someone you think would stay faithful to you. But people change, we can't expect them to remain at our side longer. So we must be prepared to depend ourselves at all times.

Well I depend on God who promises that he will never leave me nor forsake me.
