I'm so annoyed

My computer was broken. It wouldn't let me get online. I have dial-up; the only thing available to me here in the woods. It dialed up, but wasn't answered. I brought my external modem to the computer shop, thinking he could tell me if it were the problem. He couldn't; he needed the disk. I brought the modem and the disk. He said it was fine; he needed the tower. I brought all three. The computer stayed overnight. It was fixed. It was the modem. I brought it home.
It worked for one day. Only one day. Now I get the same error message that I started with. Guess what's going back tomorrow? I'm using an antiquated laptop that makes my back hurt.
This kind of thing annoys me. Does this kind of thing annoy you? What annoys you?

I get annoyed by any computer that seems to have a mind of it's own. Sometimes things will happen with this laptop for no apparent reason at all. That's annoying! I get annoyed when I lose things (which is all the time). I cannot keep up with things to save my life. I get so focused sometimes that I will lay a tool down and never realize that I did it, or where I layed it down. I'm annoyed when I am late for anything. I have a phobia about people waiting on me. There ought to be a name for it. Maybe "Hypertardyphobia" would be a good one.

Hi mcat19,
So sorry to hear about your computer, yes it must annoying whe you can't use it and as for the LapTop, Mines is a brand new and yes it does hurts my back when I on it for hours but the only thing that annoys me is my husband, he keeps interupting me when I'm on Mylot and won't leave in peace because wants someting eat all the time.

My computer was acting up a couple of days ago but I am lucky in that my son takes care of any problems with my computer. I called him and mentioned that I was having problems with my computer and he came over and took care of it. It is very irritating when the computer acts up. I guess you might say I am addicted to the computer. I love accessing the internet. There are so many things you can learn on the internet. Quite a while back I had dial up and I didn't like it at all. Everytime I got involved in doing something the line would drop off. My son researched and found a cable internet hook up and that is what I went with and have been with that ever since.

Yes, I count my blessings everyday that my son knows a lot about computers. He built his kids computers and his own computer. Then he took care of building my husband--his Dad-- and my computer. I have told him that he is our computer technical maintance man. He just laughed. I am glad that there is more than dial up available to access the internet.
