Would it bother you if your neighbor......

It's their life and what they do in the privacy of their own home is their own business. I would probably say something if I smelled it, maybe warn them that if I can smell it the police can, too, but I don't think I have a right to demand that they quit or criticize them for it. Sure, it's breaking the law but I see it as a bad habit and not much more. As for setting an example for kids, my ex had a friend that smoked every day, several times a day. My boys got to see what it did to him, how dull his senses were and how slow he was mentally. He quit one time and he had more dates than he could handle, his job performance soared and I actually enjoyed being around him. When he started the pot again, he lost his attraction to most women, he didn't get that pay raise and he was once again the spacey, dull person he was before. My boys got a good lesson from that. So I think if you handle it correctly, a pot-smoking neighbor can be an excellent lesson for children that all the lectures in the world can't teach.

Why on earth would I care?. I has no effect on me , their life is their own.
