Do You Put Things Off 'Til Tomorrow?

Or Do You Do It Right Away? Sometimes because of heavy loads and house works and kids who needs more attention, I sometimes do put things off until the next day or on other days. Depending on it's importance. If it's really not that important or if it could wait, I'd do it some others time. but, of course, if it's urgent and needs to be attended to right away, I'd do it gladly. i do have a schedule in doing things, but sometimes,it can't be helped but to do it later on. How about you? Do You Do It At Once or Later?

It depends on what is going on that day. Normally I like to get things done right away so they don't pile up(literally). But sometimes there are other things going on that are more important like spending time with my son, the chores will always be there, he will not and I only have him at home for another year before he is off to college. I am more productive in the morning and most of my chores get done then. When I come home from work it is probably not going to get done. I don't like to procrastinate but sometimes you have no choice, I guess as long as I don't do it all the time it is probably okay.

On the whole I will do an outstanding job when it comes up,but lol theres no law that says that I must do it,so if I didnt feel like it today then I would leave it until tomorrow!it wont run away,it will still be there, and there will be no one else but hubby, and the dog if he counts, that will bother to look at it,so it doesnt really matter very much !

I normally do not put off things for tomorrow, either at home or at my office, because I believe in the saying - 'Tomorrow never comes'. I hate to keep anything pending with me, I try to dispose it off, as early as possble. However, sometimes, the circumstances are beyond my control, then I forcibly put off things for the next day, but till I clear it, I keep thinking about it.

It really depends on what it is and by when it needs to be done. Between work and my toddler, I try to get as much done in a day rather than let it pile up for another day plus I am quite a forgetful person due to all the juggling I guess..so I write long lists of everything there is to do and check things off as I go along.

It is according to what needs to be done whether I put it off until a later time or not. I tend to pick up all the time, but not really clean. When I see something that really needs to be done, like clean the commode and I'm in the bathroom, I do it right then without even thinking. I hate dirty commodes! AND, I will clean the sinks too, when I brush my teeth. Now, the bathtub is a different story, since I use the shower in the master bath. The tub in the middle bath doesn't get used that much, and I tend to forget it when the shower curtain is closed. After all, the grandkids and once in awhile, my daughter who might spend the night once a year, are the only ones that ever use it. My husband will usually do that for me. But anything that isn't pressing I might put off until tomorrow or until I really feel lead to do it. Used to be everything had to be in place and spotless when my kids were home. I honestly kept a cleaner house when they were little than I do now. We 'live' in our home and I don't like to go in a house where the woman of the house makes you feel like you are in the wrong house at the wrong time - having such a spotless house, all the while saying she needs to do some cleaning! My husband has a sister like that and I feel very uncomfortable in her house.

it depends, but if i have work to do, i will finish it first before doing anything coz sometimes i will forget about it on the following day. so if i will leave here in my office i will see to it that my work is finished so that i dont have to worry about for tomorrow

I am not one to put things off until tomorrow, because if I do that, tasks will just pile up until I'm running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, at the last minute, trying to get everything done at once. My husband likes to put things off till the last minute, and it drives me absolutely nuts! He's getting better, though.

Very rarely, To the maximum possible, I do the things on the same day. I can not sleep with pending work.

I'm the queen of procrastination! I will put off whatever I can for as long as I can! I have a terrible problem of saying that I will do something later or tomorrow and then I just never get around to it. I had my apartment painted the last week in May. I got sick and was in the hospital in June so I wasn't able to get back to the things that I needed to do. Now it's almost August and I still have to put the place back in order. Now that's what I call procrastination!
