new discussion mylotter posted on killing someone

I just read a post that someone wrote stating that he wanted to kill someone, and wanting mylotters to give him ideas as to how to do it and how not to get caught, I know this is an open forum, but why would mylot let this type of discussion be put on here. There are crazies every where and I hope there are not others on here that would stoop to giving him ideas about this subject. Do you not think this is the type disussion that should be banned on here,soem one asking for idea of who and how to kill someone,this really makes me wonder what mylot is turning into. What is your opinion of this?

Update I went back through my discussions that I responded to and did not find it, I was going to report it to mylot, it just sent chills through me that someone would put that kind of thing on here. YOU never know if they are just seeing what response they can get or if they serious, to me I took it the way he worded it he was serious. I know that a woman posted on Craigs's List for a hit man and she was reported and arrested. And how many nut cases would have replied with suggestions. Yes I am sure if we look we can find a few on here, I have seen some really strange stuff on here. Well he is gone and I hope they block him from coming back to mylot, what has happen to people today they are not afraid to state whatever it is they are thinking, I do write a few things about my life, but try not to put anything out in print that I would not like spread in the street. Thank god he gone, I did make a suggestion to him, to seek God and maybe he would not feel so against the world.

Oh dear! I imagine that by now you have either gone back to report the post, or confirmed that it has already been taken down. No doubt, this is a clear violation of the MyLot Guidelines. To say nothing of a violation the laws of man and nature.
I did not see the discussion, so I have no idea who the poster was. I can only hope that it was a newbie, and not someone who's been here and who may have just snapped. This is not only terribly sad, it is very disturbing as well. People seem to have become so numb to the callous nature of the deliberate harm of/to another being.

OMG! i did not read that one,think i will go look for that discussion...Can you imagine a killer being on mylot? I wonder if anyone answered this person...I cannot imagine Mylot letting that one get by them..Do you think it was just some nut trying to spook all of us,i mean who would be so stupid as to ask such a question?.I have heard rumors that people make up stuff just to start a discussion,do you supposs that could be something like that? anyway i do hope it is not for real...

I don't think the person was serious, do you? I mean I think some people will post anything just to earn a few pennies. I wouldn't take a discussion like that serious.
If you see something like that and it concerns you all you have to do is report it as abuse and mylot will read it and determine if they want to delete it or not. That is what I would do, report it.
I certainly wouldn't respond to it, or if I did I wouldn't encourage it. I would maybe try to talk this person out of it, and tell them they need to seek professional help.

I saw the title of the discussion, but I was not interested in reading it. I didn't realize that the poster was serious. I thought it was some of the post you see from teenagers with outrageous titles. If this post sounds serious, mylotter should report it. The will be removed if enough people complain.

OMG! I haven't seen that. I am new to mylot (yesterday).
I cannot imagine plotting to kill ANYONE, let alone give advice on how to do so, I am sure there is a moderator, or would think there is one. Don't know as like I said I just joined yesterday.
I am glad you posted this, as I would have never known such a horrible post was made.
I would hate to get a bad taste in my mouth so soon after joining, I have read some really interesting posts, and enjoy reading them, however had I see this first hand, I do not believe I would continue in the mylot community.

I saw the same discussion and was shocked. I wonder if he is serious? That discussion needs to be removed and he needs to be banned from mylot.
