What would you do when you are too full?

I just came back from a steamboat buffet. I had eaten a lot and I was feeling very full when I was at the restaurant. What I did was I drank plenty cups of tea to help my digestion. I just could not sit still so I tried to walk around and talk to colleagues to release my fullness. It was not a satisfaction but more to a torturing feeling to me. I was feeling so excited and looking forward for the buffet before I went there, but after I had eaten so much,I told no more next time. Did you have such experience before? What would you do when you are extremely full? Please share....Thanks.

When I am extremely full I will have a cool drink and then walk around for sometime the gas which is cool drink really helps me to digest the food soon but that rarely happens with me because I hardly eat that way, I think almost 4 years back it happend to me like this and I had coke and walked for some time.

But the taste of soda is bad,too plain for me. I had a bad experience of drinking soda,I could not even finish a glass. Thanks for the comment.

First of all, I don't try to let myself get that full. LOL.If I do eat too much I make sure that I go for a walk. That is a good way to aid in digestion plus it makes me feel better. :)

It's true. Maybe tomorrow I am not going to eat anything or maybe just light meals. Thanks for the comment.
