Who has insomnia?

I do have sleep problems, it just seems my mind doesn't want to turn off till I am so tired that I fall asleep sitting up almost. I have had this problem for years and usually just watch television or get online to do mylot and my other sites I am a member of. I hate it because I feel so tired and runned down the next day. I have even stayed up for 2 days and going to bed about 9 but then I would sleep for like 12 hours then couldn't sleep the next night till 3-4 in the morning. My mom bought me a small thing of Advil Pm and it worked well for me for awhile but then I can't afford them so it is back to the same o' same o' thing

Hello thanks for the best response I am totally appreciative for it. How is baby coming along. My niece had her first sonogram today and we are happy that baby is coming along fine so far.(she miscarried her last pregnancy) So hope your baby is doing well.

Well,I cut back on my coffee intake and I haven't had a cup of java in about a week and still can't fall to sleep without some kind of sleep aid.Sometime I can just will myself to go to sleep but that is rare when I can muster up enough energy to fall to sleep naturally.I probably get between 2 to 4 hours a sleep a nite.

Not very often. Sometimes. Often if I've hit the caffeine too late. Sometimes, if I'm just stressing. I know that my health wears down if I don't sleep right. I try to make sleep a priority. I think I need a new mattress.

I do a bit of meditation before I go to sleep and after I wake up. So, I sleep like a log. No insomnia for me. :) Cheers and happy mylotting

i had it too... it's 2 a.m. in my place now but i haven't sleep at all. I guess it must be something wrong with my system, but I don't know what it was. At first it was because of the stressful situation I had, but then it's just an insomnia without a cause

I have never had trouble sleeping, but I know several family members that have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep at night.
