Weird site error on Neobux

The main page of neobux (http://www.neobux.com) load normally but if you hit the join or login buttons it goes to https://localhost/?u=p and gives a page load error. Neobux seems to have messed up their code as little! I hope they correct the error and there are no major issues with the script. Do you also get the same error?
