Are you a vegitarean or a non vegetarian? What do you think, is it okay to be a vegetarian or a non vegetarian? Which one is better and why? What are the basis to judge the eating habbit? Is is hereditary or you develop this habbit over the time?

i think eating habits is not hereditary,it is a choice. as we go older and older we have our own choices of food. there are some foods that my mother eats but i dont eat it. i can say that i do eat a little of everything. i can say that it is a balanced diet. i eat pork, beef, chicken, fish, veggies and beans. i als eat, rice, bread and pasta. so i can say i eata little of everything. responding here makes me feel hungry har har har.

Hi dropofrain, though I’m not a vegetarian I still insist to eat lesser meat and tend to take more leafy vegetables daily. I think as long as I am happy and find convenient with my eating habit, and I could also live healthily with the food I usually take, so it doesn’t matter whether I’m a vegetarian or non vegetarian. My dad had been a pure vegetarian for several years. In the earlier days it’s quite difficult for a pure vegetarian to have food when going outing. Nowadays vegetarian foods are available in many restaurants and food stalls. posting and take care.

Its ok to be either. But you have to pay more attention to your diet if you are a vegetarian. If you eat meat you get all the amino acids your body needs that it can't make. Individual plants don't have them all, so you have to be careful to eat a variety of plants in order to get all the amino acids that you need. It is also harder to get iron from plants because the enzyme we have to break down iron in plants does not work as well. But as long as you are careful about your diet its okay to be either. Personally I am a meat eater.

I'm a non-vegetarian, mostly because meat tastes delicious. I draw the line at eating animals I've actually met in a social setting, like pets, but anything else would be fair game. I've nothing against vegetarians, of course. What they choose to eat is up to them, and of course it leaves more meat for us normal folk.

I am a vegetarian, though I am not against any non-vegetarinas , its just the matter of what one likes to eat and what all is allowed by relegion. Though its my personal opinion that vegetarians are better, because in non-vegetarians , a one time meal for them costs the life for another. Just think , if all the vegetarians would fast for a day than millions of life would be saved, isn't it?
