Cake

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons cake flour (that's plain flour, not self-raising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips(optional)
a small splash of vanilla essence
1 coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla essence, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Wow this sounds awesome. This is something I can do for my grandkids when I babysit them or if having a dinner party dump them out of the cup and dust them with a lil powder sugar or top off with ice cream or drizzle a hot fudge over them and serve as dessert. Thank god am out of baking chocolate right now or I would of ran in there and made some. I will be going this week to get some this week because I would like to try this out and different variations of it. Thanks for sharing. Oh my goodness!!! This is wicked, decadent and sinful and something I have been looking for and dreaming and fantasizing about all my adult life.

Sound great!! Thanks for the tip.. Anyone who like chocolate cake can take care of their cravings in just 5 minutes!!LOL You're right, that could be dangerous. LOL

Sounds great. I've done cake brownies in a mug before, but I used an oven. The results were fantastic.
