my friend is having a hard time deciding if she should continue to process her papers to work abroad as a nurse or to turn down the offer because if she chose to work abroad, she'll miss the preschool graduation of and 7th birthday of her child (which is one of the important celebrations in one's life and of course for mothers as well). Her spouse and their son urge her not to go but her family wants her to take the offer, what would she doe?she can practice her nursing profession and earn a lot of money as well but she'll surely miss the milestones of her child and also her son is age 5 and this is the stage where the personality of a person develops and if she goes, no one will take care of their child (except for her husband but her husband admits that he cannot do this alone that's why he plans to hire a nanny) and the child's development might not be that good. Please help my friend, what is your opinion? thanks in advance!

This is very hard situation. The responsibility of being a mother could not be filled by anyone. And the job opportunity also is very hard to find now days. I even my self is confused. If his husbands salary is enough for their needs, then don't go abroad. Family is very important.

Actually his husband's salary and her salary is just enough and sometimes do not fit with their expenses because they both still have obligations with their family. When my friend told me this, I also found it difficult, both have their pros and cons. Thanks for the response!

i think in this case she has to decide. career option may not come again as well as these milestones. its better to think of alternatives.

Yeah it really is a pretty difficult choice to make. Though careers may have a next time you still can't really say. Thanks for the post.
