A picture my daughter took...

For everyone who believes in ghosts...I had to share this photo my daughter just took. She took it with her little digital camera so it's grainy...although all the other photos she took at the same time are perfectly clear. If you look at the background you can see that the images do have sharp edges but what is in the middle is blurry and creepy. I just thought I'd post it here to see what some of you think of it.
When I looked at it, the first thing I saw was a person in black lounging in a chair (a lady in a black dress has been seen in that house on a few ocassions). And then there's a creepy white face in the foreground.
So tell me what you think and if you see anything else...and in case you're wondering, she was alone when the photo was taken.

Well foxy, I am a firm believer in ghosts. I can't make out
anything from the photo because it's not clear. I see something
black but I don't see what other people see as someone sitting
in a chair. I wish I did. I definitely believe you, no doubt
in my mind. Just wish I could see the picture better. I am
sure that I have some sort of spirit in my house. I have had
strange things happen here. Things disappear and reappear.
I have thought on occasion that I have seen something white
go by or stand at the end of my bed. My friends have told
me that they thought that my apartment was possessed. So
like I said, I do believe!

I know, it's hard to see. All the other pictures turned out fine, this was the only one that blurred. I play with it and see what I can do with it to show you what we're seeing.

Well I cannot really see much from the photo, but that does not mean to say that I do not believe! I kind of do and I do not. I should believe because we have lots of things going on in our house since we moved in three years ago that cannot be explained. However there is a big part of my brain that is totally skeptic and just will not believe what it sees or hears!
Get your daughter to keep taking photos because they are quite susceptible to these things so chances are if there is a ghost about she will catch it!

She's caught "questionable things" in other photos and sees the same ghosts I saw growing up. This picture was just strange because it was in the middle of a group of pictures and all the rest turned out clear.

I will see it after I will post this and will just give my comment about the picture later...I do believed about that things since I have seen several pictures in te past with friends with strange images and I AM sure that no editing was done..
One time was a baby who looks very scary and blurred was in the shoulder of a friend who took a picture of herself alone while they were walking in the streets with other friends!
ANyway, is she scared after this? your daughter?

I honestly don't know if I believe in ghosts or not, but I can see something that does look like a person sitting in the chair.

There isn't even a chair in that part of the house either so it definitely isn't a trick of the light or a blanket draped in a strange way over an existing chair. The picture was taken pointed toward what would have been the parlor. It is definitely interesting!

looks like ghost to me, a lady seating, I think... this is so cool... I believe that ghosts exists... here in my place few people are telling me there are dwarfs and a white lady... actually there are unexplained happenings here in our house even before when I am still a kid... no one could explain who goes down from the stairs in the wee hours and stomps its feet even if everyone is fast asleep... ohhh, also one time, my father scolded me for putting the radio in a higher volume even if I didnt do anything at all...

There are footsteps on the stairs late at night there also and a few times the tv came on by itself. There are definitely spirits in the house but not in a creepy way. I'm glad you saw what we saw!

hey Foxy :))) How neat! So is this a local haunted house? I am answering from my email so I can't see the picture yet, I will when I post this comment. Did she feel anything unusual? I adore ghost stories. I am not sure I believe in ghosts, but on the same hand I do not disbelieve either... Are you a believer? Okay I am off to post this and look at the pictures.

It's actually my parent's house! I saw 3 ghosts when lived there and my daughter has gotten some interesting images with a camera. We've alll felt unusual things there but not all in a scary way. A lot are having trouble seeing anything in the first photo because it blurred (this is the only one of a group that turned out like this) so I left a second one on comment #6 that I wrote a few labels on.

I can't make out what people are seeing with the photo that way up but tilting my head it looks like a lady sitting with her skirt being the white object. Not sure what to make of the photo but the comments about ghostly happens were very interesting. I am glad we live in a new house with no such visitors. Thank you for sharing with us.

Good day.. Honestly I can not discern what's in the picture but I do notice a shadow in a sitting position, really don't know if it's camera lighting effects or there is really something there. For me I do believe in ghost, I have my share of encounters. Why not bless the house?

That was creepy. Thankfully I haven't encountered any pic of mine with some ghosts in it. This makes me think how long they've been in that house. I wonder why they haven't crossed over. What makes them want to stay there? It's insane. How does it feel to be still on earth haunting? Beats me. Poor soul.

I think I believe in ghosts, but I'm not sure this is a ghost picture. I can't tell, but my guess is that it's just light blur.

Well pretty spooky picture but if you had not told me that you think it was a ghost that picture would not have any meaning to me. Maybe you can get some more picture and might get your ghost in a much clearer picture. has the ghost tried to show herself or felt its presence?

never see anything like it, but if it is the only photo she took that was blurred then something is not right about it. you did say she was alone but what was it that she took picture of? was it some kind of surface maybe wooden or marble that is shiny or reflect lights to a certain degree? can't say much about it maybe an expert in photography or paranormal subjects would know better

Nope there is absolutely nothing in that section of the room. It's basically the entry way portion of the living room. She was just taking random photos to see if she could see anything, yesterday was a particularly 'active' day for the former residents of the house.

Funny... I couldn't see it looking at it straight on. But, there is amiior behind my monitor, and I could see her when looking at the pic in the mirror weird huh?
I do believe in ghosts, though I have never encountered one myself (that I know of), I believe

What was your daughter taking a picture of? I think I do see a person in black inthe bakcground, but it's hard to tell. There is definitely a white face though. It looks like some sort of animal to me, like a dog or something. Very creepy, gives me the chills

Don't be ridiculous.
The picture is far too grainy to make anything out at all, let alone work out whether it's a ghost. I don't know how much that Digital Camera cost but you should certainly take it back, the quality is attrocious.
To me the "grainy photo" looks like an effect that can easily be added to a picture by using a photo editing software package such as Photoshop.
Even if the picture was crystal clear i still wouldn't believe it to be a ghost as i don't believe in ghosts.

Well, since you feel that way you didn't need to bother responding. The whole point of this was that all the other pictures turned out just fine except for this one. But it's pointless for me to say anything to you anyway.
