Fresh milk? Skim milk? Non-fat milk? Soya milk? Rice milk? Coconut milk? Coconut milk grosses me out. Fresh and skimmed milks makes my tummy go crazy. I love soya milk, but too much of it makes your joints squeak. Rice milk for me is still the best, dairy-free yet still healthy. Unfortunately, we don't have it where I live, so I'm back to drinking non-fat powdered milk. After drinking rice milk for almost a year, my tummy wasn't so happy with the switch. But fortunately, it has learned to adapt.. What about you? Which do you prefer? Or do you hate all types of milk?

You forgot milk fish locally known as Bangus in the Philippines. You should try it. I've had rice milk when I was a kid because my mom said if she put the regular milk in my bottle I would only smile to her and not take it in. So she went to her doctor and the doctor suggested the Rice milk so that's how I got this robust body. I'm begininng to lose weight though. I agree with soya, fresh and skimmed milks, my tummy goes crazy too so maybe the best time to to drink fresh and skimmed milks is before going to sleep.

Really? Rice milk makes you bigger? Oh dang, so that's why I gained about 20lbs when I was drinking it. I had it in the morning and before going to sleep. I lost all of the weight when I stopped though. And I thought it was just because of my eating habits..

Rice is carbohydrates. It should put in some weight. Intake of rice is controlled in the diabetics because of it's starch content. It's a staple food in most Asian countries. It's equivalent to US/Europees' potatoes and bread. We eat rice with something else like fish, meat, vegies. Rice is always there. Though lately there has been shortage of Rice hence increase in prices. Some have switched to corn and Sweet potatoes.

Ah yeah, but I didn't think it would be that significant. I eat rice every meal except for breakfast, so I don't think it really adds up significant weight for me. But with the milk, I guess it actually did.

i'd like fresh milk now, i don't like food with additions. Several years ago, i took soya milk as my breakfast, but i got feed up with it for no more than a month.
