what is "miracle" in this movie?

don't we often overlooked miracle? does it always need to be "hair rising?" what do you personally think of miracle?

miracle was the change in the boy that came when he met that girl..and fall in love with her.. the boy like him can never fall in love like that wid girl like her..nd would have ruined his life as he was not srs for his career to..girl changed him and that was the miracle..

i guess that's a good catch but even as we look a close look .. for miracle was.. the gal was praying for miracle for so long i mean for healing adn the boy came into her life, thou she was not healed physically the miracle in that was the boy came into her life and that was a miracle to her. and so in the movie the father told the guy, "you are the miracle".

What kind of miracle do we mean ? For me, the miracle was when the boy feel in love with the girl who he had hated before... But the ending of this movie was so so so so sad... Unfortunately the girl passed away for she had suffered leukemia...
