I am from the United States, and it is not possible for President Bush to be re-elected. He has already served two terms (each term is 4 years).
The 22nd Ammendment of the United States Constitution, which took effect in 1951, states that no one may be elected to the office of Presidency more than twice.

Although I am English and am not entirely sure of have the US' system works. I believe he has served his two terms and that he cannot be re-elected.
