Everyone has weird, wandering thoughts during the day. My mind usually wanders at work and I find myself daydreaming or wander about odd things. Well....here's a kind of funny thing I was thinking about (funny but random).
I was just thinking about how I would have LOVED to be there the first time someone got the hiccups....lol. Don't you think they would have freaked out?! They probably thought they were going to explode/implode! lol.

You are funny! I have thought of some things like how did people figure out which foods were edible and what happened if they made a mistake, but hiccups never crossed my mind. Take care

LOL! That food thing is a good one too!!! I wonder if someone ever tried to eat wax before they knew what it was :P lol.
That kind of reminds me of something else I think about sometimes. Dogs always seem to know what is edible...at least my dogs do. If we open any kind of food they come running...but they seem to know when something we open isn't food-and they aren't interested lol.

I don't just mean by scent! I mean...the second my dogs here a wrapper from across the house they'll come running! lol. And they seem to know when the sound they're hearing isn't coming from any kind of food wrapper.

Some people do eat bees wax, so probably.
That's what dogs have those smellers at the end of their muzzles for.

I never thought that way, but I was thinking about an incident when a friend of mine did want me to hold this almost newborn baby. I was thinking that maybe I was like Roger Rabbit's wife in that I was drawn bad. There is this young teenage girl who has this love baby look on her face, and I figured maybe she is drawn good. So I got to thinking that maybe it is not because of experience,lack or experience, the love of children, or the intent to do harm to babies that determines whether a grandmother or an aunt or mother will let you hold an infant. It is whether you are drawn in a particular way.
And I wonder how many women never got the chance because the way their eyes, mouth, and noses were shaped.

That's an odd thought too. I wouldn't think that a persons physical characteristics could be the reason someone didn't want them to hold a baby O.o But I always got to hold my sisters babies, so I've never been on the "non trusted" side of that x.x

I will have to ask my friend on Sunday. I hope it was not also because I never nursed my sons. I was thinking of it yesterday. No one has ever seen me pinch or spank the babies or drop them. I just thought it I did not pinch or drop the babies or hold them wrong, why is it assumed that I would? I do know about making strange, but am I the type of the person who even babies who are not at that making strange stage will with me?

Thats actually a hilarious thought. I can just see the confused look on the face of the first caveman to experience that. Kind of reminds me of when someone is trying to stifle a sneeze and can't do it. I almost expect them to turn in to the Easter Bunny. LOL.

LOL! Yeah people usually do look funny right before they sneeze, and defeniatly when they try to get rid of them! :D And it's funny to watch someone with the hiccups, but I also pity them because I HATE getting hiccups! lol.
