How many of you have a recipe thats different from the usual recipe to make that dish and you are using the different one only because your mom used to cook it that way and you think your mom's recipe was better than the usual one. My mom cooks many recipes with her own little twists added to them and somehow I think they are great and so I never ever try the recipes the traditional way but stik to the recipes that my mom passed on to me. Even I have started adding my own twists to the recipes but my mom doesnt approve of all of them.
