Really got no idea what had happened during the sleeping time, but i have found myself in almost all the positions that you mentioned,OMG.I know some of the positions are not good for the health(like facing down harms your heart, etc),but there is no way to control it,I think....

Hi there izathewzia! I often sleep on my side. However, I think I do toss and turn a lot at times that when I wake up, I have a different position. Sometimes, I would sleep with my back against the bed. But I rarely feel comfortable with such sleeping position. When it is cold, I would sleep on my side and would often curl.

It depends on the temperature.

Hi izathewzia, I used to sleep side lying with my pillows around me. I have a hard time sleeping that's why I toss and turn for 30 minutes until I get my sleep and then fall asleep. I never sleep on my back because I have prone in nightmares while in this position, funny but It always happens to me. Now, I see to it sleeping side lying. Thanks for the post and happy myLot.

I sleep on my side with my legs curled up. I can't stand sleeping on my back. I also don't like sleeping on my stomach because it hurts my chest. I also have to have two pillows.

I sleep on my tummy with one leg bent to the side. And, I switch legs often during the night. Occasionally, I will sleep on my side, like when I sleep on a couch with another person, or on a twin bed with another person.....

I usually like to lay on my side. It seems to be the best for me. I start off on my back but will got to my side sometime dring th night. I like to go to sleep without tossing and turning and if I can get into a good position I will be comfortable and go to sleep easily. I like to sleep long if possible.

I always go to sleep on my right side. I can't go to sleep if I'm not in that position. However, when I wake up I'm usually, if not always, on my back. Occasionally I have woken up on my left side. I've never gone to sleep on back, that feels weird. And I snore if I'm on my back, lol.

I sort of roll around when I sleep. I usually start on my stomach, but have ended up on my side, on my back, and occasionally on the ground. I am very crazy when I sleep apparently. I curl up sometimes though.

Curling and hugging my pillow... it is easier for me to sleep but it may really depend... because when I am so tired, I sleep with my head facing the pillow... errr I dont know what it is called... lol...

it just depends on the mood of that day. i usually like to sleep by laying on one side. then it all depends about the comfort i have in that position that i may switch to other positions. its all about getting to a position to get good sleep. to be frank i think we have lesser control to what positions we take during sleep. sometimes i end up in nasty positions to get even sprains on the neck. thats how it goes with me.

Comfortableness really matters.
