can you go a day without talking to your other?

as we all know it is hard for us not to talk to our other if we are in a relationship(or at least it is hard for me to do)i mean i have tried not to before when i was mad or something like that but it always ends up that one of us start talking to the other first...it has always kind of been like that for me honestly, so i was just wondering about all of you, when you are away from your other or something like that can you go a day without talking to them or do you have to talk to them everyday? thanks for taking the time to read my discussion and i hope that i get a lot of answers from you all, thanks again and have a great night!

nope i can't!!
but you know last year i was in national service and i can't talk or see my bf for 3 months!!! horror!!
but after that we appreciate each other more so i guess it's all good.

The last time we went without talking an entire day he was in London for his Dad's wedding. That was back in 2005. Even so, he did send me 2 messages (he was only gone 3 days LOL). On the 11th he will be leaving for boot camp, so I don't know how that will go. Even when we work, we typically MSN, email or something all day back and forth. Heck today I was with my son & my parents at Chuck E Cheese (gone maybe 5 hours) and he even called me LOL

I also have tried to go without talking to my husband when I am mad. Even when I have sent him to stay with his family for a couple of days I could not go without speaking to him. I think I am afraid of not talking to him and then something happening to him. I would never be able to forgive myself.

ya i've gone many days without talking to my partner cuz of work or school, its really not that big of a deal for me as long as i get to see her in the morring before work i'm good. the time tht we do have to talk we tend to stay up and talk for a long time.

i have to talk to him atleast once a day. but even if i tried to i wouldnt be able to because we live together.
