I've got a spare tire on my waist...since I changed jobs, my I've led a more sedentary lifestyle which caused me to expand especially around my waistline. One of my friends told me that I look like I'm several months pregnant when I know that it would be impossible. I've been thinking of dieting or getting into some kind of a program. Do you have any suggestions on how to make the tummy area more firm or make it a bit smaller? I'm thinking belly dancing or dancing but I'm not quite sure yet.

Belly dancing is fantastic for working the hips, waist and thighs! You can even buy home workouts for bellydancing, i have like 4 lol and their all fun. But I recently bought a Salsa dancing Dvd workout, and I must say it is great fun. Im looking to tone my legs up right now so I wear a pair of wedge heels whilst doing my salsa dancing workout which runs for 50 mins and I can feel the difference! Also to tone up the waist, buy a hula hoop! Their so good!

Hi diutay, Maybe its contentment thats what my friend always say to me when I tell her about her love handle. I am a bit overweight myself so I have been doing excieces on my bike and on the rowing machine, I have lost some weight and my tummy is a little flater but now and again I slack off, it can be so boring sometimes. I am trying. Tamara
