Google thron me out from their service

Hi its again I am in google's enemy list.I and my blog has been terminated from google adsense and my blog's PR dropping by 0 again.All my hard works goes in vain.I cant understand what the problem with google.As per my concern they have cancelled my account from adsense as they have found some illegal hits in a certain day which gets extra visit.I often buy targetted traffic from renowned sites.And I have noticed when my application gets permissions traffic starts coming and obcourse most of the package traffic hits in a specific day .So you can see in my daily traffic visit chart that I have some day where I get more hits,and google has declared those hits as illegal.Shame to google. Also their PR system is bogus.I got a average daily hits from several sites,I have linked with higher rank site and its my daily job.I am doing this since 2006.Commenting on others blogs and making one way linking is a good source of backlinks which can brings good PR.But havent understand yet googles policy.
