Why are we here? Or shall we say, what drives us to continue?

These are two different things but on some instances they are synonymous. You think, in your own perspective, why are you here? Whta drives you to continue in life?

For me all of it is in the book "Purpose Driven Life". That's my purpose and reason to carry on, in my own perspective and opinion.

Hi Sharie, We are here primarily because God has a purpose for us, for the earth, for the entire universe. We are here to fulfill its purpose, that men cannot live without the guidance of Almighty. No matter how hard, painful or turbulent our lives may be, we are all struggling to continue to live. Personally, for my kids, who are looking up on me. But all of us has a driving force to continue breathing each passing day. With or without knowing it, at the end of the day, we all want to conitnue living knowing that we have His approval. Hope this may help in any way. Enjoy your day!

this type of question is posted daily in its different forms and nobody can give answer to this question because i see only two types of people 1)who say they don't know the answers of these questions. 2)who claim that they know but cant tell. so ultimately one has to search for himself rather than asking. that's what drive me to continue my life. i hope one day i will know the answer. peace.

I often wonder why I am here sometimes. But when I really think about it the answer is pretty clear. I live for myself and my son drives me to continue in life. He is everything to me and I need to be there for him. He will be five years old in September. I feel that he gives me encouragement and I feel special being his mother.
