My husband and I are getting along in years, and sometimes he thinks he's still 20. He tries things he did then and ... he can almost always do it! He's amazing! At 60, we're supposed to be slowing down, but nobody seems to have told him that. I'm so fortunate to have such a wonderful husband, and I never let myself forget that!

Much the same as you Cobra my dear,im lucky to have a hubby like mine too,he is retired ,he is no 61 and he still is going well, though he has had to slow up,due to e year or so of being unwell, but in my eyes he still does amazingly well.We have been together for some years now,so we are used to each others daft little ways too!hubby just loves a good ginger biscuit with his cup of tea.!give him a bourbon and he practically rolls over for his tummy to be tickled.

We hear so much about the horrors of some relationships, and the vast numbers of divorces. Isn't it a joy to be able to brag about how happy we are!?!

Good for you! Age tries to sneak up on us, but it's best to ignore it! Life is too good not to fully enjoy it!

I am so happy for you and is not the age of the body that counts but the spirit, I hope with two hundred he is still with the mind of twenty. Is great to see real love!

People who know us have said we're the world's oldest teenagers. I'll take that any time! We hope to live to be very, very old, because we really have fun together! Thanks for the response!

Congratulations on your choice for a husband. Remember age is just a number, there is no set law that says because you reach a certain age you must slow down. Activity is good for all ages. Continue to enjoy each other

Thanks. In a really solid, happy relationship, age is so much beside the point that our gray hair always surprises us in the mirror. Age came sneaking up so quietly, we didn't really notice Maybe that's why we forget to slow down!

It IS nice to have a good old lad! Mine's just turned 55 and is just starting to realise he's not 20! Sometimes I think he's slowing down a bit, but then he'll get a burst of enthusiasm for something and be firing on all cylinders with gardening or handyman projects. Retirement looms ... I'm hoping he'll get a new lease of life once he doesn't have to set foot in school again!

I'm befinning to think not having to go back to school is the solution to all needs for a better life. Vacation's just about over, and I don't want to go back! I'm sure you'll enjoy retirement even more than life to that point. People in good relationships need a lot of time together!

I think that is amazing? Me and my husband have only been married for two years and we are in our early twenties. I am so excited to know that I will spend the rest of my life with him. He amazes me already with things that he does! I cannot wait until we are married for 50 years to see what he can do still! I knew when I married him he was going to be the only one I would ever spend my life with. I want to be the couple that everyone sees on their front porch in rocking chairs waving at people. Congrats on your happiness! I hope you have many more years to come!

You've mad a great start! I hope you, too will be as happy as we. Frankly, we're rather shocked when we realize that, somewhere along the way, age came sneaking up on us. If our hair weren't gray, we might not even know it! Treasure and respect each other, always.
