Women have you ever noticed your menstrual cycle being the same day as friends?

I was reading this article in a magazine about how pheromones can cause roommates periods to synchronize! I thought that obviously this was a very odd article but it makes sense because my friends and I after being around each other all the time would have our periods on the same day. Did you ever notice this with your roommate or very close friends or family members?

When I was younger I had mine as regular as clockwork and you could set your calander by it. It started on the 26th and lasted exactly 4 days. These days it's all out of whack and it just pops up whenever it wants and may last a day or a week. I can't wait till I hit the age when they stop all together.

...When my daughter was in kindergarden, I met a woman who has become a very close friend. We spent summers at my cabin with our kids and even when her daughter started her period, it soon fell in with ours. Mind you it took a few years for this to happen. I have since stopped having periods and my daughter has since started. They fall in cycle with my friend's.
...Weird? Yup.

havent read this one but i had observe that every time my daughter will have their monthly period i cant tell that im the next..then sometimes we have it on the same day or im just be ahead for a day and then she or vice versa...

I use to have a ring of friends that all faced that scary place all within 3-5 days of each other. I never would really think much of it because eventually we could be closer to being only 2-3 weeks within each other. I always thought it was more of a coincidence than anything else.
