What do you do when you have a misunderstanding with your friend?

i ask my other friends for their opinions. If i should apologize i will do it. If my friends tell me don't care about him or her. I will give time for cooling down the problem, and still i go find my trouble friend to discuss the problem even i apologize to my friend if it is necessary to rebuild frienship.
