Do you feel stress on your diet programme???

It's hard to discuss abt this topic. I do need to archieve my ideal weight but sometimes i really sick & tired to follow the diet programme. So far my diet is not so tight but my feeling sometimes make me stress. Do anyone can help me on how to overcome my feelings so i can enjoy doing it.

what kind of a diet program you on? maybe you trying to cut out too much of the foods your body was used to, so you wil feel stressed plus lack of sugar wil course it.. Could eat bananas, might help and they are filling :) need to have some enjoyments in diet.. as say everything is fine if in moderation.. And if you dont cut out all energy foods then you be more likely to get a good exercise plan going also which will boost your metabolism up, therefore loosing weight much easier and more efortlessly.. do not starve yourself.. just eat more healthily and it should become a way of life. Thing is, if you cutting out too much, and eating stupid rabbit food as i call it hehe.. you will be sick of it, and more likely to give up.. Strict diets are stupid... once you come of it, you will go back to how you was..
