I've have never been a newspaper reader, and with the advent of the internet and CNN, I have totally abandoned it. With everything available almost instantly, I don't feel the need to read news that is already a day old by the time I get it. First and foremost, I hate reading it, because it leave ink marks on my hands. I find it filthy. Second, they have a tendency to stack up, multiplying quickly and simply just extra clutter in the house. So yes, for me, a house without newspaper is perfect.

while i have to admit that i can see the end of newspaper production, i think it's sad because of the impact that it has had on the preservation of modern history. nevertheless, i suppose it's like many other things that have slowly less relevant and convenient in today's society. =/ i will be sad on the day newspapers stop printing.

with the advent of TV news in the cable and sat dish and the cyberspace, i let go of the newspaper coz we all know that it happened the day before. but with live TV news and updates in the internet then i prefer them now than just concentrating on the papers. yet that doesn't mean i am not reading them, it's just the second options for me already. another thing that i observed what's in the paper is what you can read in the internet as well the only thing is, in paper you read it a little bit late. what i mean is the news is late.

I actually don't read the actual newspaper but every morning when i come into work I log onto our local newspapers website and read it that way. I also read cn.com everyday too. I like to know what's going on in the world!
