how to make setup file for developer 2000 6i

hello friends, I m saujal studing MCA at S P University. I m in 5th sem. In this sem we have to make a home project and i had chose developer2000 as my frontend and oracle 9i as backend. I had finished my project but the problem is that i don't know to make setup file for this.. If u have any idea then send me on saujal_4_u@yahoo.com plz help me abt this.. Thnx
