need help : how to make cream or cheese at home?

i love butter, milk, cheese, and most of all, i love cream. sometimes i buy a whole cup of cream, just eat it without bread or cake to rub on. but since i can hardly find many shops which sell cream, i hope to homemake it. Does anyone know how to do it ?
