have to say goodbye to my love cheese and cake :(

cheese and cake with much cream on it are my favorite. but now i think it 's time to say goodbye to them. why ?not because i need to control my weight. only because the price goes up sharply ! from 7yuan/very slice to 10 each ! and the little cake rises from 30yuan to 48yuan in a month! this is outrageous ! Prices are going higher , i know that. but the price for cake just goes up too much ! over 50% percent ! I've always earning a handsome salary, but i have to say i will not buy them for a long time.

yeah,a majority of food prices soar up suddenly to the extent that we cant accept. but at the same time,some food are indispensable and necessary,what can we do,to earn extra maybe a good choice to sustain our household expenditure. take care.

absolutely right ! they are lux and can be avoided. but i don't see why the price can go up so high? over 50%, and no authorities keep an eye on this. for people who enjoy handsome payment including me are complaining about it , what can people with lower income do?

Ufortuanately the prices have sky-rocketed in the past few months. I have heard a lot of people have given up good stuff just because of the prices. I have friends who are selling thier cars just because of oil prices. Prices is a global problem and I don;t think that it is going to get better anytime soon.

yeah, i understand price is rising everywhere in the world. but at least they must go up according to a certain percentage, right? right now , my country, china is suffering from inflation severly.

cheese is also very expensive here in canada and i only buy it when it is on sale (and i buy a few bricks of it!) i freeze them (which i didnt know that i could do until a friend told me this...and it works out fine. as for cake, its a luxury that we dont get very often anyways.

but our cheese in my city is not as pure as the ones sold in US.or canada ! i believe ! and you can't imagine how small it is, also, the problem is all the things ,everything is pricing up ! except one thing-- payment of commons.

Yup, the prices are going crazy now! Well, I would not stop eating my favourite food and snacks, but I'll cut down to maybe eating less, or fewer times! So instead of buying them every week, I'll now cut down to maybe once every 2 weeks!

i decide not to buy their product for a long time, and learn to make by myself. if fewer and fewer people buy such lux food, the manufactures have to think over.

I know what you mean. The prices have been so high everywhere lately. The economy in a lot of places is really affecting the people. Going to the store lately has been quite costly. Although gas prices have been going down in my part of the world. It is hard to make ends meet for a lot of people these days. It is a shame that you have to cut back on the cakes and other goods that you enjoy because of these times.

the original price is high enough for few people to afford, now they are for rare people to purchase, the most horrible things is manufactures can decide the price as they like, how absurd ! don't you think?

I really do think that it is ridiculous that prices can be arbitrarily handled by the manufacturers themselves.
