Ads (top banner ) in hotmail show adult content which is not family friendly!

Once again hotmail has started showing ads in the top banner which link to adult dating and flirting sites. I did not expect this again from hotmail. I have attached a banner which you will understand is not familyfriendly. I thought sites like hotmail and yahoo and gmail filter ads to make them child and family friendly, but this is pretty bad. The banner has been showing up recurrently. I think I need to report this to hotmail.
